When things are getting tough, each and every one of us has a choice to sink or swim. My choice is and will always be to rise above and beat every challenge that is put before me. I came to a moment of realization in my life where I chose happy. I left any negative behind and decided to do something for myself. I took a leap of faith, in myself, and completed my Fitness qualifications and am following my own personal health and fitness journey. My goal is to help motivate and encourage people just like me. I want every person to know they are beautiful and to show them that they never need to feel self conscious when they are doing something positive for themselves and that the most important tool is their willingness to try and challenge their boundaries. I'm hoping to provide an environment in which they can discover this for themselves.
