My name is Benjamin and I am a fully qualified Remedial Therapist specialising in Soft Tissue Therapy, Neuro Muscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports Massage (pre and post event Therapy) and Strength and Conditioning.

I have always led an active lifestyle through sports, weightlifting, powerlifting, Muay Thai and understand the effects these strenuous activities can have on the body. As a past and future participant in Muay Thai, I have experience with competition prep and recovery and understand how beneficial the effects of Remedial therapy can be to ensure the body is functioning at optimal level. I also come from a military background where I was deployed in a direct combat role in Afghanistan. Within this role I was faced with postural issues resulting from long hours in body armour whilst partaking in strenuous physical activity. I corrected these postural issues through Remedial therapy, so I know the dramatic effect Remedial Therapy can have on the body.

My services are completely mobile and can be performed in the privacy and comfort of your own home. As mentioned above I offer pre and post event Therapy, please contact me for further information.
