Real Training - Daniel Abraham

During the past 2 years of my life i have found myself having to deal with situations that i had no way of knowing how to e.g. relationship breakdown, broken arm, redundancy from work etc. This contributed to me living a life that i would consider to be 'Just getting by' or 'Languishing'. As a result, i found myself engaging in distraction techniques to life's stressors, attempting to feel better about myself, which included going to the gym 6 days a week. Unfortunately this isn't a sustainable lifestyle and i wasn't gaining the results i desired.
It wasn't until i gained control of my stress levels, improved my eating habits and started training smarter not harder that i began to see results.
Through my experiences and study i hope to help other gym users achieve their goals by making better decisions in and away from the gym. The changes i made were simple yet affective and easily maintained in my everyday lifestyle.
You should train because you love your body, not because you hate it.
