All parcels are sent with Australia Post and have standard tracking (this does not include orders that can be sent as a letter. Min charge for postage is $2.00). Postage costs are calculated through the checkout & are $8.50 - $12.50 max within Australia. Orders over $100 are FREE! If you would prefer your order to be sent via registered post, please advise me prior to placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged in transit. We will quote International shipping costs on request (NZ postage has now been added to the website!) , please send a PM before proceeding through checkout. Free postage does not apply to international orders or Overnight bags.
Any small orders (for example jewellery) that are sent as letters may not be posted within our usual 48 (business) hour time frame.
