Hi, I'm Leah, with an established career in the natural health industry, I am here to help you help yourself to live well, in your happiest and healthiest state.

Since completing a bachelor degree in health science I have worked both in private naturopathic and massage practice, alongside managing of one of Melbourne’s biggest and most well respected health and fitness companies. This has exposed me to a wide range of people with differing health concerns and goals. I like to think that over this time I have assisted many in achieving not only good health but also an energised, relaxed, pain-free, well slept and active lifestyle.

Using a combination of evidenced based dietary and lifestyle tips, herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation and massage we can bring about changes in your physical and mental wellbeing.

Whilst Natuopathy and massage can help a wide variety of of ailments or simply improve overall health, I have a special interest in pregnancy care and sports nutrition.
