A bodywork therapist since 1993, Susie provides a massage treatment to restore balance on all levels. A truly unique experience of a fusion of styles and techniques including Myofascial release, traditionalThai massage, Shiatsu,Deep tissue, Reflexology, Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage) TCM cupping, facial rejuvenation cupping and aromatherapy. Every session is tailored to the individual needs of each person.

With a personal foundation of yoga practice in the Iyengar method, Susie's classes focus on alignment, building foundation, mindfulness and connection to the breath. With extensive experience as a massage therapist, there is also a therapeutic quality to her classes.
A 500hr RYT registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance, Susie has been teaching Vinyasa/Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga since 2011 after completing 200hr training with The School of Sacred Arts in Bali.
She has recently achieved an advanced 300hr certification training in Yin Fascial Yoga with Beta Lisboa after completing 3 x 100hr module over 2 years. She has also completed 95hr certificate of Yoga for Children and Teenagers with SWAHA Yoga.
