Our children are the first generation ever who are expected to have a shorter life expectancy than us. This is largely due to their little bodies struggling to cope with the genetically modified foods, additives, preservatives, flavourings, chemically changed fats, hybridised grains, soft drinks, long life juice, packaged cereals, poor cooking practices and low fat manipulated dairy among other nasties, which are all easily available and consumed at every meal in many households.

These foods are making us ill, whether we realise it or not. Your family may be struggling with weight problems, behaviour issues, digestive disorders, food allergies and intolerances, skin issues, Type 2 diabetes, autoimmune disorders and cardiovascular disease. All of these are largely preventable and can be managed with a commitment to change the way we eat and to our lifestyle.

I am really passionate about giving our children the best start to life that is possible and in the New Year I'm opening up the Program to a much wider group because I believe if we can impact as many families lives as possible we can make a real difference to their enjoyment and quality of life.

Because each child, family and home is unique, I want to give a limited group the opportunity to experience the Program with personalised attention from me. I'd LOVE to work with a selection of great families who are ready to make a change NOW to their family's well being and to support you in practical ways to nourish your kids to be the best they can be.
