LIVE LONGEST SERIES is a set of complete medically evidenced (and referenced) health information books based on 50 years research and international clinical experience by Specialist Physician, Dr Mileham Hayes. They provide a continuum of how to avoid those illnesses most likely to strike you and then how to lead the healthiest lifestyles as to the best foods, exercise, weight control as well as (now you are Living Longest) the tricks and traps of old age. He then advises exactly what to do to avoid them or to identify and diagnose them early enough to effect a cure.
