Order Terms and Conditions
Please read over this before ordering

DESIGNS
The first design and one design change for each order is included in the initial price. Further design changes will incur a 15% additional charge per each change.

PAYMENT
We accept PayPal and bank deposit. All payments must clear before items are designed, made or shipped

POST
All items are shipped via Aus Post. Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped it is no longer in my hands. I cannot control shipping times and I can only go by the estimated delivery dates given by the post office, I also do not take any responsibility for any damages that occur once the item is shipped. I can guarantee the ship date but not the delivery date.

Once an order has shipped it is no longer in my hands. I cannot guarantee any delivery dates, I can only go by the estimated delivery date given by the post office at the time of shipment. If an order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date it is out of my control and no refund will be issued.


RETURNS
Because all of items are custom made when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is a mistake regarding your personalization, I will be happy to replace your item or issue a store credit for the price of the item. Any errors in the design ie spelling needs to be reported within 24hrs of receiving the item, I will work with you to correct the issue


When giving your personalization, please be sure that everything is correct. I have no way of knowing if a name is misspelled and will not be able to replace items if the personalization is incorrect.


CARE
Hand washing is recommended for all of our items.

These glasses are to be GENTLY hand washed with cool water to preserve their design and embellishments (No scrubs,sponges or soaking ). The better you take care of it, the longer it will last. Allow glasses to air dry.
Not responsible for artwork washing off, so please wash with care.

Apparel is to be washing in cool water, and air dried. No fabric softener, bleach or soakers should be used on these items as it will damage the design. I take no responsibility for any damages caused due to incorrect care.
