As a trainer I feel that there is more to fitness then just exercise. I am passionate about a holistic approach to leading a healthy & happy life. Healthy eating for me is the highest of priorities, it's the catalyst to feeling great about yourself & your life. As a mother of now 3 grown sons I have made it my mission over many years to read & research endless varieties of alternative diets to heal my boys illnesses through food & natural remedies.
Exercise has always been a part of my life in many different forms & in the last few years I have enjoyed watching my body change & strengthen through conditioning & weight training.
I enjoy the constant learning that this industry offers & also learning through my own brilliant & very experienced PT.
I hope to inspire my clients to be the best versions of themselves - to feel strong, healthy, confident & happy. We all deserve nothing less. <3
