Lily Chen & Associates was established in June 2007. In 2008, Wayon Pty Ltd was incorporated and became the holding company of Lily Chen & Associates and the Australian Migration Times. Lily Chen & Associates predominantly focus on 3 areas of law, Migration Law, Family Law and Property Settlements. With over 13 years of experience in the relevant areas of law, director and principal solicitor, Ms Lily Chen has lead and guided the legal practice to much success. In a short span of 6 years, the business grew rapidly incorporating various areas of practice. The business applies the respective rules of law and common sense to its daily practice. High quality professional service and friendly, diligent staffs have also contributed to the success of the business over the years. With a professional and personalised service, the legal practice has achieved high levels of success rates and built a strong reputation within the profession. With such levels of accolades and success, the firm is constantly expanding its professional team and areas of practice. Lily Chen & Associates employs a team of dedicated and highly qualified personnel who are all fluent in the English, Chinese and Cantonese language.

The professional team consists of four Master Degree graduates, one Bachelor Degree graduate, and 2 part time staff. The Australian Migration Times had its root as a community newspaper and was not intended for profit purposes.

The Australian Migration Times circulated its first edition in 2006 and after 7 years of circulation, the publication now no longer requires funding from the legal practice to sustain its circulation. In order to cater to a wider audience, Ms Lily Chen has decided to add four additional English editorial pages. The editorial team hopes that through the Australian Migration Times, they are able to introduce and promote the Chinese community and culture to the wider local community. It is also the sincere hope of the editorial team that the Australian Migration Times will play a vital role in introducing, equipping and informing the latest migration policies to all potential migrants with a Chinese ethnicity background. Ms Lily Chen serves as the Editor in Chief and the legal advisor for the publication.

陈莉莉律师事务所成立于2007年6月，2008年Wayon公司成立，将事务所纳入公司旗下经营。事务所成立六年来，发展非常迅速。主要包括三大法律业务：家庭法，移民法以及房产过户。各项业务的日常运作都参照相关的法律规则与常识。事务所的每位员工都具有专业的知识，他们热情、勤劳，为事务所的发展做出了巨大贡献。

《澳洲移民报》也是公司的业务之一，但它并不以盈利为经营目的。报纸在发行七年后开始盈利，不再需要赞助或事务所的经济支持。因此，陈莉莉女士决定扩充四个英文版面来吸引更多的读者，以此将中国文化、中国习俗和华人社区推向主流社区。陈莉莉女士是此份月刊的总编及法律顾问。对于有意移民澳洲的华语人士来说，这份报纸在他们与移民法和澳洲政府政策之间起到了重要的桥梁作用。
