Life Balance is all about helping you to re-balance your life. Whether it be help with your relationship, anxiety or depression, weight loss, motivation for fitness or just general life coaching. Your virtual Counsellor is a qualified Counsellor, Fitness & Nutrition Coach & Personal Trainer. With a wealth of experience in both health & fitness counselling & also dealing with depression & anxiety disorders, marriage & relationship counselling & also life focus counselling. Your initial consultation can be done via email or over the phone & takes approximately 1 hour. From there your can decide to take part in our 6 week Life Re-Balancing or on going for as long as you feel you need to. A fee of $49.95 is charged to your credit card & you are entitled to receive up to 20 email replies per week.
