Meals on Wheels - delivers healthy meals to clients homes to not only ensure their nutritional requirements are being met, but to provide regular social contact & a friendly check on their wellbeing.
Home Modification - provides structural changes to a clients home so they can continue to live and move safely about the house. Modifications can include hand rails, grab rails, ramps, lever taps etc.
Home Maintenance - is assistance to keep a client's home in a safe and habitable condition. This involves the repairs and maintenance of a client's home or yard. Repairs are minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and tap washers. Lawn maintenance includes mowing and the removal of rubbish.
Social Support assists a client to participate in community life through meeting their need for social contact and accompaniment. Activities can include: friendly home visiting, attending an activity of the clients choice or assisting the person with shopping and other related activities.
