A variety of classes offered to suit persons of reasonable fitness levels and ages. Land based classes include StretchFusion - a fusion of Yoga poses, Pilates and Ballet Barre conditioning, Fitball classes which combine cardio, strength training and core stabilisation in an interval training scenario where the heart rate is raised and lowered.
Aqua classes are seasonally and run through the summer months and include deep water running classes, deep water bootcamp classes and with the Hydro Rider aquatic bikes - Aqua Spin classes.
Participants are encouraged to work at their own level and pace and build their strength and fitness.
