A bit about Lauren and how she came to Warragul.
I have worked at a number of Physiotherapy clinics in both Melbourne and Perth.
Total 6 years of clinical experience treating many populations mostly with sporting injuries.
Alongside circus, acrobatics, gymnastics, calisthenics, rugby, AFL, cycling, runners, triathlon and swimmers.
All from amateur to professional.
I originally was qualified as a Sports Therapist in 2009, mostly doing remedial massage over 2-3 years I knew I had more to learn. I moved to Perth to study Bach. Exercise Sci and Sport Rehabilitation in 2012 at Curtin University.
I am in the tail end of that degree which will qualify me as a 'Sports Scientist'.
This gives me a higher understanding of biomechanics, movement and fitness training. I have a keen interest in sporting injuries and physically rehabilitating them.
After settling in Warragul, I decided to embark on my own business to deliver my skills to the people of Warragul and surrounding towns. I am passionate about physical health for all and engaging all parts of the community to live healthier lives.
I look forward to working in the Warragul community and enabling everyone to live healthy lifestyles.
