Australian celery likes to spend its days in a moist bed of soil enjoying plenty of water, soaking up the rays and some minerals. Just like we’re all different, celery is too. Some take 12 weeks to grow and some take more. You know the celery is ready to munch when it has firm green stalks and a crunchy snap finish.
After harvest they are washed, trimmed and packed on the farm within 6 hours, then they’re ready to say goodbye to the farm and hello to the open road.
