Kings Cottage Guesthouse Accomodation

Quaint cottage nestled in beautiful surrounds on acreage. Whether it is to get away for a quick weekend break of relaxing or exploring all the area has to offer this property is perfectly located for all your wants and needs.
Self contained cottage with fully equipped kitchen including all crockery and cutlery, full size fridge/freezer, oven/hotplates, microwave and pantry.
Living area with sofa, TV and table and chairs. We provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk for guests.
Three bedrooms all with linen provided, 2 bedrooms with built in robes. Private bathroom with separate shower, vanity and toilet. Second toilet located in laundry and also includes washing machine and dryer. We provide guests with washing powder. All bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans. Split system air conditioner in kitchen/living area.

Private courtyard exclusively for guest use with outdoor table and chairs setting, BBQ and outside sink.
Guests are welcome to use the large area of lawn as marked out at the front. We provide balls and small bats for those guests staying with children that would like to play on the lawn. Hammock for guests to use, you can relax under the shade of the trees and read a book and soak up the beautiful surrounds
A quick 5 minute drive will take you to the back of Moore River where fishing or kayaking is just perfect. Only 10 minutes drive and you are in Moore River/Guilderton with café, kayak and boat hire, swimming, fishing and much more.
Local café is available in Woodridge . Only 25 minutes to the beautiful town of Gingin with park, café, pub, West Coast Honey with honey tasting and honey sales or stay for a snack and drink. Gravity Discovery centre as well Caladenia mini golf close by. Lancelin only about 30 minutes drive. There is so much to do and see in the local area or just put your feet up and relax in the tranquillity of the cottage.
What to bring for fun - Kayaks, fishing gear, sand boards or boogie boards if you decide to go into Moore River or up to Lancelin.
PLEASE NOTE: Kings Cottage is located on acreage on our property, it is completely separate to the main house with no adjoining walls or doors and privacy for guests is assured at all times.

NO SMOKING permitted inside the cottage, outside only and ash trays are provided.
We welcome families with children, we provide a portacot for infants, you will need to bring your own linen for this, we don't have a highchair.
