An Exercise physiologist is an allied health professional who utilises therapeutic exercise to prevent and manage medical conditions. You don't have to be experiencing a medical condition to benefit from visiting an Exercise Physiologist. They can also assist clients with their general health and wellbeing too.

Exercise Physiology is about self-management. We teach clients to manage their own conditions themselves at home.
