We are a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) club that offers Fitness and Conditioning Classes. This is non contact that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques and skills, from a mixture of Martial Arts such as Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling and Jiu Jitsu in a Fitness format. Our Mixed Martial Arts classes are taught in a friendly environment where we value, skill, smarts and sportsmanship over strength or brutality. Members can expect a great workout, and look forward to acquiring valuable skills that will benefit all areas of life. Our classes provide you with cardiovascular conditioning, toning and strengthening, flexibility and a whole lot of fun! Our classes are designed for participants of all fitness levels and we have Female only Classes and Male/Female Combined Classes.
