Custom Orders: Due to a lot of people contacting me for custom orders and not following through I'm going to have to put some firm rules in place! We're a small family run business & can't hold items indefinitely, you must confirm that you wish to progress with the order within 2 business days & payment must be made within 7 business days or your items will be returned to stock, therefore cannot guarantee availability after that time. I am not able to start making custom orders until payment has been received & I on no circumstances can I send out your order without receipt of payment, that includes to the popup stalls as well.

I also reserve the right to charge a rush fee for custom orders required within 7 business days, this fee will start at $10 and will depend on the nature of the order, I also reserve the right to charge a $5.00 per change of mind after 2 changes.

Care Instructions:

Beanies: Follow care instructions on label

Bows: can be wiped over but please do not wash in washing machine, used in the dryer or left in areas of extreme heat (i.e cars) we cannot cover your item if damaged from any of these actions.

Leather Shoes: Wipe over with clean damp cloth.

Please note that my products do contain small parts that could be a choking hazard for children therefore they should never be left unsupervised whilst wearing them.

I also reserve the right to delete any comment made on my page.

Non payers will be banned and I also reserve the right to refuse service, if you contact for a quote and after three consecutive quotes without placing an order I also reserve the right to provide no further quotes and orders thereafter must be placed through the website from products in stock!
