Katie Richmond Fitness Plus

In a past life I was an Environmental Scientist but took time out to raise two beautiful and active boys. The time has come now where I find my youngest of is heading off to primary school next year. To this end, I have decided to embark on a journey to transform myself. The decision to undertake my Certificate III/ IV in Fitness with Fit Collage is not a light one and I relish in the idea of reinventing myself in an industry that I am not only passionate about but which has allowed me to retain that part of myself that so often women lose when becoming a mother.

I am particularly keen on focusing my studies on working with mothers and the particular set of issues that are specific to women post baby i.e.. LBL, nutrition and incorporating baby into exercise.
