Karoo Calisthenics College

Calisthenics is a uniquely Australian sport where girls of all ages learn an appreciation of music, dancing, acting, strength, flexibility performing arts, and compete against other clubs.

Depending on the age group the student can learn between 4-7 routine that can contain march, clubs, rods, free exercise, aesthetics/rhythmics, dance arrangement, song and dance or revue.

Karoo calisthenics is held in Rowville at the Karoo Primary School.

Subbies (8-10years) Saturday 10:45am-2pm
Juniors (11-13years) Saturday 1pm-5:30pm
Inters (14-16years) Wednesday 6pm-9pm
Seniors (16years+) Tuesday 7pm-10pm
