Karli is offering the locals well-being classes to enjoy healthier and happier mind, body and spirit as she believes looking ourselves should be our number one priority in the increasingly busy world. Karli practices Yoga, Meditation walking, Swimming and Relaxation every day to maintain good health overall as she is also a busy mother of three young kids.
