Hi I’m Kim Narayan and I have been a successful mortgage broker since I started my broking career back in 2006. I previously owned a Mortgage Choice franchise in Western Sydney and during my time at Mortgage Choice I was awarded the following awards:

Based on the number of applications I originate, I enjoy priority service level with many lenders, which means you benefit with a quicker decision on your application.
I am a mum and have a family of all boys with the only love of a little girl coming from my British bulldog Lola. In my spare time I like to spend time with my children, watch movies and try new things.
What makes me different is that I am relationship based not transactional. Most of my clients have become friends over the years as I have helped them with more than just home loans or one transaction. I have a real passion for property and my husband and I have in excess of 10 properties. There is no one size fits all with lending and I will help anyone who wants to be helped. This could be instant gratification with a purchase or it could be a goal to start with that we together turn into a reality.
