K-Fit

I believe good health and regular exercise is an important key to living and staying well. Over the past few years I myself have been on my own personal fitness journey losing over 30 kgs. From this I developed a strong passion for fitness, nutrition and well being. I'm excited to finish my certificate in personal training so I can help and empower others to reach their health and fitness goals.
