There are two waterfront apartments located steps away from the picturesque Lemon Tree Passage waterfront. A spacious, light filled apartment with a beachy feel it provides you with all the comforts you will need for a relaxing holiday.
The living, dining and kitchen areas are all one open plan space making this a great apartment to entertain in or watch over kids while preparing meals. The apartment also boosts a huge undercover balcony with BBQ and entertainment area that take in the breathtaking views of Lemon Tree Passage waterfront. One apartment sleeps up to 7 people making it a perfect home for a large family and friends to share.The second apartment sleeps 5.
The property is located across the road from the Lemon tree Passage waterfront, a 2 minute walk into town and the newly renovated marina and boat ramps. The iconic ‘Poyers’ restaurant and a number of small cafes are close by to grab a snack, breakfast or a coffee. Coles supermarket is also a 5 minute drive away.
There is an undercover BBQ area across the road on the water together with a brand new kids play ground and secure kids beach area. If you love fishing there are a number of great spots within walking distance and the Koala boardwalk is just 5 minutes down the road. The very popular Port Stephens is just a half an hour drive away or a 20 minute boat trip. The very popular sand dunes are a 10 minute drive up the road as are a number of other tourist attractions. The facilities:

Min stay
Min stay of 4 nights applies during peak season including Easter, Christmas, New Years and January and school holidays. Minimum stay of 3 nights at all other times.
Getting there
Lemon Tree Passage is located a 2 hour and 20 min drive from Sydney, 25 mins from Newcastle and 15 min from Newcastle airport. There is a bus service that operates and stops right outside our door!
Check in is from 2pm and check out is at 10am. Early check-ins available depending on availability.
The property is 2 separate apartments, so please ensure you look at availability for both apartments.
