JUMP it is here! We are a locally owned Outdoor Group Training business. We run Kickboxing, toning and cardio classes all at convenient times so they will slip into your busy schedule!
Group classes offer extra encouragement from fellow members, Life time friends and most importantly you feel like your not working! At JUMP it we train hard but all sessions are modified to suit YOUR fitness level!
Classes are 1 hour long including warm up and cool down
PRICING- JUMP it only costs $35 a week for unlimitted classes! we are currently running 10 a week so im sure you can find a few to fit in.
