Joanna Dale loves houses almost as much as she loves horses!

Joanna has been working (for the same company) in Real Estate for the last 10 years in both Sales and Property Management, and is absolutely passionate about all things “Property”.

She has been living and working in the Swan Valley, and her 40 or so years as an Equestrienne has given her a real depth of knowledge of Equestrian and Lifestyle Properties.

Ask Joanna about stocking rates, the best style of fences to use, arena preparation, weed control and she has all this knowledge at her finger tips. Joanna and her husband, Mark live on 5 acres in Henley Brook with their horses, dogs and cat.

They are also proud owners of Dale Park Equestrian, which is 10 acres of glorious undulating acres where some very lucky retired horses call home, and where Joanna and Mark will build their dream home, one day.

Joanna was born and raised in the Channel Islands, between France and England and her parents, who were prominent business owners on the Island of Guernsey, instilled a high level of integrity and work ethics in her. These values, together with her strong people skills, help to make Joanna the perfect real estate negotiator for anyone looking for the best deal on their property.

In her first year in Real Estate, she sold more than $2 Million dollars of property, and received an award from REIWA.
