Located on the foreshore of the Crookhaven River Jim Wild's Oysters is a small family owned and operated oyster farm which was established in 1978.
We are a working Oyster Farm and we process all our oysters on site so you can watch us at work.
Visitors can enjoy freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters or Pacific Oyster by the water or purchase to take home. We also stock Fresh Australian Prawns.
