Earlier this year I made a choice to leave my 13 year long career as the Office Manager at a Physiotherapy practice.
I started to think This started me thinking about what I would like for my future.
What I have come to realise is that I need a

Over the last few months I have been introduced to essential oils as an alternative to the ‘shop’ brought household and healthcare items.
I have created a few products that I use myself.
