I take a very consultative approach to selling. I first like to visit the property to get an idea of any ways in which the owners could easily increase its appeal to potential buyers. Something as simple as paint can sometimes do wonders to a home's appeal.

I then discuss these options with the seller and allow them to see what homes around their own have sold for so everyone has a clear picture of where the sale price is expected to be. From there we can discuss the ways in which I plan to market the property and of course we discuss the seller's preference towards home opens, private viewings, sale type options.

There is no one size fits all when it comes to selling a home. A lot depends on your situation and preferences and what the market trends are at the moment of going to market.

When it comes to buyers I sit down with each and fully explain the contracts so they can feel safe and informed in the decision they are making. Lets face it, buying a house is a big deal and not something we will do too many times in our lives. I answer all questions you may have about the property, and about the contact, your obligations and what your expectations are in the process so there are no surprises.
