I am a personal trainer with fun and exciting ways to train. I like to mix it up and not only challenge clients but my imagination as well.

We will train RAIN, HAIL or SHINE. However a venue change might be required.

I offer a variety of methods of training to clients based in the 2290 area.

My background is a bachelor degree in Human Movement Science and I have Certificates III and IV in Fitness. I recently completed a course offering a new and unique method of fitness training using the ViPR equipment. I also have a Level 1 and Advanced THUMP Boxing certificate.

TRAINING TYPES

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
This training method offers most of the benefits of one-on-one training but at a fraction of the cost. Training with others is fun, very motivating, and a great social way to exercise. Although there is between 4-8 people per session, the program for small group training is designed with all fitness levels in mind, and can be regressed or progressed depending on the client's abilities. There are set session times during the week but I am also open to you organising your own group consisting of 3+ clients. Give me a call...

BUDDY TRAINING
This is another cost effective alternative to one-on-one training. Training with a friend, work colleague, or family member is perfect for social support, accountability, motivation (and a little bit of friendly competition).

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
Perfect for those who like to train alone and have the trainer's sole focus and full attention. Flexible training times available, as well as flexible with location. I can even come to YOU!

Initial Consultation Free of Charge (including initial fitness testing)

One-on-one Training $45
One-on-one Training 4 Pack $160 ($40/session)
One-on-one Training 8 Pack $280 ($35/session)

Buddy Training
2 - 3 clients $60 ($20 - $30 per person)

Small Group Training
4+ person $15 per person

Fitness Improvement Testing $25 (every 12 weeks)
Fitness Programming $50 for 4 weeks
Option for those with tight schedules
Fitness Program Upgrade $35
When the 4 week program runs out

Introductory Value Pack $70
Includes – Initial Consultation, 1 x Individual PT Session, 1 x Follow up Consultation and PT Session

POLICIES
Not a very nice topic but it needs to be put out there, to help manage client and trainer's expectations and communication.

* All appointments for personal training will be scheduled directly between the trainer and the client.

* If a client has to cancel or reschedule any previously scheduled appointments, the client must contact the personal trainer directly at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

* If a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, Jade Davies Fitness reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee up to, or equivalent to, a full training fee that would normally be charged for that training session.

* If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, Jade Davies Fitness reserves the right to charge a no show fee up to, or equivalent to, the training fee that would have been charged for the training session.

* All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance by phone or email
