Behind the kitchen

Having worked at top Asian contemporary restaurants, our chefs Darren and Harry are no strangers to Asian flavours and cooking techniques. Their years of passion and innovation were the driving force behind the birth of Issara.

We take our food seriously, that’s why only the freshest choice of meats and vegetables are served – so you get healthy and tasty well-balanced meals every time.
