VETERANS HEALTH & WELLNESS EXERCISE PROGRAMS

Entitled Department of Veterans’ Affairs clients may be referred for clinically necessary exercise physiology treatment for a specific condition by a doctor on a valid referral.

Gold Card and White Care holders are entitled to clinically necessary exercise programs with our Exercise Physiologists.

Personalised Gym-based and Home-Based programs available.

Gold & White Cards are accepted as payment.

All Gym fees are on us!

At iRehab, our Exercise Physiologists specialise in individualised exercise programs for people with existing or at high-risk of developing, chronic conditions (such as hypertension, heart disease or diabetes) or injuries.

Our Exercise Physiologists provide expert management, exercise prescription, lifestyle advice and improvement methods in our Wellness Programs. With a GP Referral, patients may be eligible to access up to 5 visits per calendar year with an Exercise Physiologist under the Enhanced Primary Care Plan.

Our Wellness Program is individualized and designed for patients with chronic and complex medical conditions and needs.

DIABETES PROGRAMS

In collaboration with our dietetics experts, iRehab Exercise Physiologists are now providing tailored group programs to aid in the treatment, control and management of Type 2 Diabetes. With a GP referral, any patient with Type 2 Diabetes is eligible for our Group Diabetes Program.
