As a Yoga teacher, Personal trainer, Osteopathy student and Massage therapist I enjoy being a guide to anyone looking for health and well-being. My hope is to help clients find a healthy, peaceful yet exciting relationship with their body and mind.

I tailor my massage to you, working with you, using a variety of techniques, soft or firm pressure, working with the breath to help soften Trigger Points and areas of excess tension. Working to create space physically within the muscles, nerve tissue and fascia, but also energetically and systematically, allowing the body and mind to heal itself.
