Insight Meditation Geelong

Meditate with the Geelong Insight Meditation Group.
All welcome - beginners or those with experience.
Each session will include guided sitting and walking meditation and Buddhist Dharma talks. Beginners will receive basic meditation instruction. Chair provided - BYO meditation cushion. Insight meditation is a Western form of Buddhist practice and involves no rituals or religious elements.
We welcome people of all backgrounds and ages.
We are a sub-group of Melbourne Insight Meditation.

WE MEET 1ST AND 3RD TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH (except January) We start on time at 7pm and finish by 8.30pm. Please be on time so as not to disturb the meditation.
