In Stride Health Clinic boasts a team of highly qualified and very experienced health practitioners who work together under the one roof. We pride ourselves in working holistically to treat the causes of your pain/condition rather than just addressing the symptoms. Our focus includes all aspects of rehabilitation, including education and long term prevention.

Our clinic is purpose built and situated within the Ascot Vale Leisure Centre.
Our services utilise on-site gym, pools and crèche. Plus, we have a modern and well equipped pilates studio.
We are open six days a week, with out of hours appointments also available.
