Impact Building & Maintenance was founded by Managing Director Kent Smith in early 2016 and is already a well established business on the Sunshine Coast, with an impressive portfolio of work and a reputation for quality workmanship.

Kent began his construction journey with an award winning (low-rise) residential building group in Brisbane; his long tenure with the group enabled him to gain valuable experience in all facets of on-site operations, and ultimately in supervisory and client facing roles.
