Imagine Melton offers our community the opportunity to participate, create
and express themselves through arts and culture.

Every nation, country and culture uses the arts to create meaning, portray stories, reflect on personal and community aspirations and create a dialogue around identity of people, place and the environment.

The Arts includes digital, visual, craft, literature, music, dance, theatre, singing, film and animation across a range of styles, genres and practices. The Arts plays an important role in our lives through enrichment, education and expansion of thinking and experiences by participants, audience and practitioners from different cultures.

As well as continuing its support for the work of artists and craftspeople, Imagine Melton
seek avenues to encourage the establishment and functioning of creative industries in the City of Melton and encourages creative and
enterprising connections between business, education and the arts.

Imagine Melton values and respects the arts and cultural interests of the community and their capacity to enhance social
well-being and express local identity.

Imagine Melton supports a diverse range of programs, opportunities and spaces for artistic and cultural endeavours, fostering community engagement and participation.
