The decision for me to study to become a personal trainer was easy because I want to HELP PEOPLE! I want to help people feel the same way on the outside as they do on the inside. I can take on any challenge thrown in my direction and help all of my clients achieve the goals they set out for themselves, as well as educating and giving them the skills to make permament lifestyle changes that allow them to be the healthiest version of themselves possible. I treat each client differently, recognizing that what works for one person may not work for another and believe that health and fitness goals can be reached through hard, smart training and a little bit of determination.
