Business Policy

- A $30 deposit is required at least 24 hours prior to the appointment

- 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If canceling after 48 hours or no show/missed appointment the deposit will be forfeited

- Please arrive on time otherwise there won't be enough time to fully complete your treatment

- No refills will be done on any existing eyelash extensions obtained from another technician

- Follow up appointments over 4 weeks will be charged as a full set not a refill

- If eyes and eyelashes are not clean and free from all makeup and other products at the time of appointment then a makeup removal fee will be charged. The fee is dependent on duration.
