High Praises Church

High Praises Church (HPC) was founded by Conrad & Patricia Sampson in July 2010 in response to the call of Psalm 148:6 “With the High Praises of God in our mouth and a two edged sword in our hand!”

Fulfilling the call of God in their lives to raise up worship in local communities through beautiful Christ-centered worship events, High Praises Churches was born and pioneered in the city of Parramatta.

Raising the high praises of God at every opportunity, we believe declares the Kingdom of God and establishes God’s authority in every city.Initially launched as a ministry based in Southwest Sydney, Conrad & Patricia have served in local congregations and partnered with many Christ centered ministries within Australia and overseas.

HPC is affiliated with several churches in Singapore & Malaysia and have traveled to the remote jungles of Malaysia and to Nepal and the mountains of India. HPC actively supports mission work in India & Japan.

We are also excited to provide the opportunity to Believers to travel to Israel with HPC and to explore our Judeo-Christian heritage.

HPC is part of the Australian Christian Churches (ACC) community and shares the common statement of beliefs and values.

With over a 100 churches registered in the Parramatta CBD alone, the spiritual need is clear and the people of God are ready to respond. The response to the Gospel of Jesus Christ has been exciting and we can clearly see that the harvest is ripe but the laborers are few, and so our constant prayer to our Heavenly Father is that He releases the laborers to partner with us!

If the very first scripture that rang out over this new found land called “Australis – The Great Southland of the Holy Spirit” on Feb 03rd 1788 was Psalm 116, “What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits towards me?” then we continue to ring that same call and add Psalm 148:6 “With the High Praises of God in our mouth and a two edged sword in our hand!”

We have made our mission therefore for this generation – to call all Believers to raise their hands to worship their God, to strengthen the Believer through sound Biblical teaching and to introduce Jesus as the only Way, Truth & Life!
