Hervey Bay Seafood Festival

The 2017 Hervey Bay Seafood Festival will be held on Sunday 13 th August. The festival is held in Fishermens Park at the Urangan Boat Harbour overlooking world heritage Fraser Island and the Great Sandy Strait.

The Hervey Bay Seafood Festival Association Inc, a non profit group was formed in 1998 to stage the festival and tell the story of local seafood from catch to plate. The festival is 100% organised and staffed by volunteers from the seafood industry and their friends. The festival is funded from the gate entry fee and sponsorship.
