Heroes and More

Heroes and More is a family owned and operated business with love for all things Superhero. We are slowly turning our "Pop Culture" passion into our dream of providing a friendly, fun atmosphere where people can find their favourite merchandise - from inexpensive trinkets to collectibles.
Our vision started taking form when Simon made his first Ironman suit. He dressed in this suit to make charity appearances around Newcastle, bringing smiles to fans young and old, and helping raise money for some important causes. A definite highlight was meeting Stan Lee in the suit! This suit led to another, and another, and our family got swept up in the fun that is Pop Culture and Cosplay - we even got recognised overseas with our Jurassic World Dress Up. Whilst doing this we found so many people with a love for Superheroes, and realised how much fun it could be
From here, we started off small, selling our products at a few pop up stalls and markets. We now have an ebay store, online store and are a regular at many markets throughout the Newcastle Region. Our Facebook followers and loyal supporters have helped us grow to the point where we have increased our stock range and have finally achieved our dream of opening our store.
However... We are not planning for this to be your average store! We want to open a space that can be a fun meeting area for enthusiasts of all ages. Yes, you will be able to buy, but this will be much more than a merchandise shop. Our vision is to have lots of things to see and do - there is handmade costumes on display, somewhere to grab a coffee, a child friendly play area, and much, much more.
We often have visits from a certain Avenger in store and he has just gained a new friend in a First Order Storm Trooper who drops by from time to time. Keep an eye out as there are many new friends on the list to join the crew soon.
We are learning as we go adding more and more to our stock range and trying to find what people want. Its great chatting to everyone finding out what they love and where there obsessions first started. What a dream job we have - spending our days talking about movies and fun stuff!!
We are now in the process of updating our webpage to make it much more user friendly and enable us to list all of our available stock.
