Our passion is helping young people find the joy in a more active lifestyle so that they stay active for life ��

Bridging the gap between physical education and community sport, our programs gift children the physical skills to perform in life, cope with stress and anxiety, perform in sport and develop into active, thriving adults.

Develop confidence, create a love of movement and increase physical skills through the following initiatives:

1) Active Girls 4 Life
A physical recreation program for adolescent girls to inspire them to try different activities and find something that they love to do and wish to continue for life.

2) Active Skills 4 Life
More than learning to throw a ball, our Active Skills 4 Life program for primary school aged children go through a fun and games based program where they can gain the skills and confidence to attempt different sports as they get older.

3) Active 4 Life School Holiday Programs
Physical recreation and sports holiday programs for primary school aged children

4) Active 4 Life Podcast
The Active 4 Lofe Podcast is here to inspire you to get moving! An interview style podcast hosted by Michelle Hemley, we will be speaking to the everyday people who achieved more than they ever thought possible, those who devote their lives to being the best they can physically be and the experts who can educate YOU on how to do it too

We believe everybody has some form of activity they love to do and by giving people the opportunity to try many different things in a fun, encouraging and safe environment......we want to help you find it.
