Our menu consists of fresh salads, smashed avo, toasties, granola and a range of fresh raw desserts with options for those with allergies and intolerances.

Being healthy isn't just about eating right. At Heal.Thy Self Co. we aim to take a holistic view and have an in-house naturopath and massage therapist.
