Sarah Bennett is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist whom graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2008. Since this time, Ms Bennett has worked with clients from all walks of life to use exercise prescription for treatment, rehabilitation and pain management.

At present. Ms Bennett works full time with Worker's Compensation clients, along with business executives to improve their health, nutrition and lifestyle to ensure their health is looked at from a holistic view. However she has a large amount of experience with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, joint replacement rehabilitation, lymphoma, hypertension and diabetes.
