Jacqui has been a qualified Nutritionist since 2010, graduating from the Australian College of Natural Medicine. Currently she is undertaking a masters in human nutrition and promotion from Deakin.

Jacqui is trained and has extensive work experience in natural therapies and has a strong passion in using food as medicine. Either within private practice or workshops the core of her practice is centred around inspiring people to get excited in cooking and falling in love with eating real food with scientifically sound information.
