Hyung Chi Do is a mixed martial art and is the result of a lifetime of dedicated training, mental, physical and spiritual development. It has combined some of the most effective and practical techniques for self-defence while maintaining the traditional values of a true martial art. It has a Tae Kwon-Do/Karate base and it incorporates techniques from Kung Fu and Aikido.
