Harmony Yoga Bliss welcomes you to our relaxed & bliss filled studio where you can feel relaxed, calm and inspired from the constraints of modern life. Our space is an oasis of peace and serenity.

We offer a diversity of yoga classes, taught by some of Townsville’s amazing yoga instructors, who are motivated in supporting you to safely explore strength, openness, flexibility and a deep sense of inner vibrancy. Our Mission is to offer Yoga to the Townsville community that is deeply empowering, uplifting & available to all!

For your first class, simply arrive 10-15 minutes before the commencement time. You will be required to fill out a new student form on arrival and get nice and connected before class.
